“I was very fortunate to have found Lolark Contractors and to have had the chance to work with Josh and his team. My home remodel project required us to install structural beams to reinforce the second story floor joists. We also added a window in one of the living room walls which required us to remove all of the existing siding and sheathing and replace it to bring it up to code (the house is 120 yrs old). Throughout the process Josh was very professional and responsive. He made himself available to answer any of my questions and made sure we were both aligned on what plans were before they started work. His team did a great job with the installation, they kept the job site clean, and were a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely keep Lolark in mind for future projects.Services: Remodeling“

“Dallas, Heather, and their crew at West Coast Property Maintenance did a top notch job demolishing, framing, pouring, and texture finishing a new concrete floor in our carport. In addition, they added to a patio we had in the back yard, and a new walkway in front of the house. They showed up when they said they would, keeping my wife and me completely informed during the process. How refreshing! Highly recommended! Heather kept us apprised of delays in window delivery (due to manufacturer) and scheduled Dallas to install the window the same week it was delivered. He constructed a wood window frame that matched the existing door frame and crown moulding (interior and exterior). Dallas and Heather are a dynamic duo. High praises for all their work!! “Champ has helped us out a few times already. He installed a new electrical box for our swim spa then came back to do all the wiring for the installation. He has also moved some outlets for us and also installed some smart switches. We have him coming back soon to add a light fixture/ceiling fan to a bedroom. Very professional and great at what he does. We were so happy with the whole experience that we gave his info to a family member and he's done some work for them as well. The contractor suggested using compressed fiber cement (Hardie) which closely resembles my original siding. The new material looks nearly identical to the original, and this alternative saved me a significant amount of money. The project took about a week to complete, and they also handled the painting.
