Lisa and Ian (and the entire automotive team) delivered amazing service and were able to shuffle their already incredibly busy workload to accommodate my niece and me when we needed a new tire on the fly. Lisa was very patient with all our questions and Ian took the time to walk to our vehicle with us when we definitely were not parked in the proper location to have it looked at. it was obvious this entire team was slammed (so definitely make an appointment if you can) but they really went the extra mile for us. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

The deli at the Walmart on George Washington Memorial highway in Yorktown is horrible. The people working behind the counter completely ignore the fact that someone is standing there waiting to order. I stood there for 10 minutes with 4 people working behind the counter ( 1 being the manager) and not a single person acknowledged my presence. I finally left and went to customer service and reported this to the manager. This happens every time I go there and it's quite frustrating to say the least. I will never visit the deli again and instead will get my lunch meat from Food Lion.

I've been a member for over a year for delivery. Yesterday, my groceries didn't appear at my home. The pickup and delivery supervisor was amazing. Big order that she had delivered to my house at 8am this morning. I'm impressed with her customer service. She did not create the problem but made sure it was corrected!! Walmart fortunate to have her working for them.
