Glenn and his gang put up and finished all walls in my second story addition to an old rancher. The quality of the job was outstanding and the hangers and Stewart, the finisher, have not complained about some irregularities that come while working on not exactly a new construction. We found a wet wall in our primary bedroom. We contacted Sage and within a day they visited the site and determined the issue and within 2 weeks they made the repair to our roof. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and the repair looks great! We will contact Sage again for any future home repair needs.

Today was my first time at this place, at first I was a bit unsure but the woman who cut my hair was very nice and was very helpful and my hair came out great! I also didn't realize it was cash only but she trusted me to come back with the cash! She seems to specialize more in shorter cuts for men but she did a great job with my long thick hair and trimmed it up just right!
I was surprised to find out there are 3 women who cut there. Renee was very professional with a steady hand. When she trimmed my eyebrows single-handed, not once did she bump my eyeball with her hand or the clipper. Nice old fashioned style barbershop with a twist of no old men cutting hair. They even still have the warm shaving cream and a straight razor for doing the neck and around the ears. My new barbershop.
THEY HAVE DIP POWDER!!! A lot of places I have been to in Yorktown claim to use dip powder during their services. Usually it's just the base then gel top BUT HERE I received amazing treatment and actual dip powder! My technician was super friendly and efficient! Every single person was extremely wonderful and polite! Best service and nails in ALL of yorktown!! Please support this fantastic business and the amazing people working there!
The BEST place to get your nails done. The shop is always so clean and inviting. I’ve gotten my nails/toes done by a few different techs and my experience with each one was always 10/10. Each of the ladies always take their time, ask me questions throughout the service to make sure color/cut/shape/size and design is what I like before moving forward! I’m never blindsided by price and I always leave with exactly what I ask for. My schedule is super crazy but they’ve always found a way to accommodate me and squeeze me in if need be. You couldn’t convince me to go anywhere else ❤️
10/10!! I’ve gone to this shop a few times now and they have yet to disappoint! The shop is clean and all the techs are friendly and very talented. T did these AMAZING hand painted Halloween nails for me and I couldn’t be more obsessed ? Also, their pedicures are sooo relaxing. They don’t rush through them like most shops. I have definitely made this my go to shop!
I tried a few different salons in the area, and this is where I’ve stayed as a client. Their prices are reasonable - At a different nail salon I definitely got taken advantage of as a naive client, and this group would never do that to someone! The nail techs/owners are mostly family or close friends so there’s a really friendly and supportive atmosphere. The salon is well-staffed even though it’s usually pretty busy - Mai usually does my nails and does a great job! Since there’s a pretty constant flow of clients, I’d definitely recommend making an appointment rather than walking in, even if the appointment is for that same day.

I have been to several nail salons in the Hampton roads area and was disappointed for several reasons, but I have to say that I made an appointment with KP nails on Hwy 17 and had a great experience, I had Peter and he was very polite and no drama, just very good service and great price and bonus that you get a hot stone pedicure even at the basic price of $29, so glad I found them and close to my house in Yorktown too, this is my new nail salon.Services: Nail art

Maruquiel took me as a last minute client when another local salon had to cancel. This was my first experience with “Maru” and Salon de Joi. Maru was so compassionate and stayed late to help me out on a Friday afternoon. She was sweet, professional, nurturing, gentle, and fun! I love my affordable hair cut and more importantly the experience! I will definitely recommend Maru and Salon de Joi to others!Other important notes:So many salons smell of perfume, plugins, and product. These things give me migraines. I loved the advice given by Krysta. I had a horrible experience with a salon in San Antonio. They completely destroyed my hair to the point it was chemically broke off.I wanted to chop it and Krysta looked through and told me to be patient. She wanted me to be happy with the experience. We worked out a plan and I am satisfied with that. I will definitely recommend and go back, because she listened to my concerns, and developed a plan, when other salons might have just chopped it off and called it a day.
This shop was the cleanest shop I’ve been too since being in VA. Idk what the back room looks like….but anywho the barbers/stylist greeted me at the door very pleasant. I have a autistic 10yr old who I am teaching to be more independent his barber Nikki D caught on and said “I got him” she was patient and did a great job with his cut and lineup!!!! I didn’t even mention his status she just took the lead and as a single mom I really appreciate that! Already have my second appointment booked.

I never thought having a very slow drain that flooded the garage could be a pleasant experience. The folks at Drain Wizard changed my mind. To a person they were helpful and professional. My call was answered promptly. I felt my need for help was the most important thing the moment I called. I was given the first appointment the following day, was told who would be providing the service, and what the expected charge would be.The morning of the appointment, I received a call and a text from the techs indicting that they would arrive within 10 minutes- right on time.Tracy and Christina quickly diagnosed the problem and got right into fixing it. When they finished, my main sewer line was running clear. Everything was returned the way they found it. There were no telltale signs that any work had been done. They even explained the possible reasons for the problems, gave me actions I could take to potentially prevent the same thing happening in the future, and made sure all drain lines in the house were running smoothly. I was impressed with their level of attention and clear communication.To top it off, the charge was substantially less than I was told to expect. I might add that the original quote was what I would consider reasonable for the job.Fingers crossed that I don’t need plumbing work in the near future, but if I do, my first call will be to Drain Wizard. I hope Tracy and Christina show up to do my job!
We have used Just Plumbing several times over the years and value their service. Recently we had a big job replacing all the copper pipes in the crawl space as they were rotting. They worked with us on a timely basis and completed the job in 2 days which included their team working with us in the morning if we weren’t quite ready to turn off the water. I got a few estimates from other companies and they were just ridiculous. Stanley steamers is one of the places I called for an estimate. they would not come out without a minimum of $300 just to start with and that was for one bedroom. I called Inside design and this would be my top choice. Hired contractor to do tub to tiled shower conversion with bench for disabled member. Nice guy and was able to fit me in busy schedule. I wish there was a ten star option to award Kelly's Construction. We were extremely nervous about replacing the siding on our 1875 Victorian farmhouse. The 40 year old aluminum siding had been through one too many hurricanes, and was looking pretty rough. In an effort to maintain the original appearance of the home, we wanted a 4 inch plank style siding, vs traditional vinyl to cover the original juniper/white cedar siding underneath. Luckily, Kelly's had multiple products to offer, and we went with the Everlast luxury vinyl plank siding in the 4.5" reveal. But the siding was just part of the project....Not only is Justin extremely knowledgeable about the challenges with siding an old home, he made several suggestions to improve the look of the front porch and back of the home, all which ensured the original look was maintained. All of his suggestions were spot on. Their estimate was very fair, and we were glad to hear they had a crew of workers who had been with them for many, many years. Ralph, Steve, and his other team members are so talented. We cannot say enough about how thankful we are to Ralph's (foreman) attention to detail and commitment to treating our home as his own. Ralph used his talents to create optical illusions to ensure the siding and windows looked level, despite 148 years of settling. Steve, built out our backdoor wall, raised up the threshold and installed a truncated door, ensuring the installation would prevent any future water damage to the home. They installed beautiful fiberglass columns, leveling out the front porch roof. Their 'old school' work ethic and years of experience are evident in the final product. They are friendly, punctual, and respected our property by cleaning up at the end of every day. Lastly, we truly appreciate that they did not rush through the job, despite it taking longer than initially expected (old homes are full of surprises). We have received so many compliments on the work they have done. We strongly recommend their services.
Chesbay Landscaping came and installed some sod in my front yard and they did a very professional job. The workers and supervisor were friendly and courteous. Called Walt to come out to my place in Newport News. Walts team did a great job with trimming some branches on two big oaks I had that were threatening the house. They even removed some extra dead wood branches in the trees they found that were not included in the original quote for no extra charge. They were focused on making sure I was happy with the final product and cleaned up well after they were done cutting. I would recommend giving Walt a call.
Bobby and his crew did a phenomenal job removing four trees that endangered my house. It was an experience watching Brandon climb up 60’ in the air and cut the branches, all while swaying in the wind. Everything was cleaned up when the work was done as well. I cannot say enough awesome things about dr. Schwab! I started seeing her during my first pregnancy, I had a really bad rib dysfunction and suffered in silence because I was terrified of chiropractors. Dr. Schwab addressed all my concerns and worked with me and only did what I was comfortable with. She fixed the problem and I was actually able to enjoy my pregnancy. I saw her once every 2 weeks and I feel like all the adjustments made birth so much easier on my body. I still continue to see her and I bring my littles with me because she also does an awesome job with them as well. Her staff is always super friendly and I never have a hard time getting an appointment. I am so grateful I found her!

They have taken great care of my puppy. Granted she is 9 months old with a weight of 43 pounds, she is still my puppy. Yesterday she went in for surgery, she was spade. The girls who take her into the building and bring her back out are very nice. The Dr called me as soon as the surgery was over and let me know how she was doing. I couldn't pick her up until about 5 hours later because she had to completely wake up. I would recommend this business to anyone with a pet.

Grafton Animal Hospital does such a good job taking care of my black-capped conure, Zorro. Besides being his excellent vets, providing regular checkups, nail trims, and er services for his mishaps, we have also boarded him there and he returns home happy and well-cared for.
We had to take our miniature Dachshund to the clinic this morning due to lethargy and loss of appetite. The entire staff was extremely professional and caring. Chris at the check in desk, Joy and Jasmine, the vet techs, and Dr. Clark were excellent. We feel that our pup got outstanding care.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trena is absolutely amazing. I broke my back when i was younger and am still very active today, so I've tried many massage therapists over the years, and nobody has ever matched Trena. I obviously have a lot of complications, and she is very specific to the areas that need it. She asks every time what's bothering me, and she remembers the things that help me most. She also does the back walking, and it's magical for my shoulders. Her prices are fantastic, she's very easy to talk to, annnd she goes above and beyond during our sound healing time as well! Great vibe and very cozy space. 10/10 recommend.

When I walked in to Kiln Creek Primary Care I was blown away by how spotless, modern and spacious the waiting room was. The reception area looks great and is well equipped for the girls on the desk. Their customer service was second to none, both in person and over the phone. Thank you Tamika for your help scheduling an appointment and helping with the paperwork! It's hard to find a doctor and nurse who actually care for your well-being and won't rush you. Nurse Barbara is lovely, and Dr. McAleer-Leavey is the best; compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and friendly. You can count on these two and all the staff at Kiln Creek to look after you, which is exactly what you want and need as a patient.

Jerry is professional, very patient and calm driving instructor. I’m adult (47 years old) student driver and felt comfortable on his driving lessons. After finished driving school I practiced driving few more weeks and then passed my road test on DMV. Definitely would recommend Jerry’s driving school.
