Technician came out once, problem started again, it was superbowl Sunday and the tech came out again, no excuses, fixed the problem.

Had issues with our other system installed by another company, tech advised us to call the original company so it would be covered under warranty at no charge to us. Didn't charge us trip charge either.
When the original install company tech came out, I got a call from the owner who whined about not calling them first and then tried to charge us $100+ 'administrative charge'.“
