From referral to sales experience to installation, the team at Dominion flooring has exceeded my expectations for service. I'm a first-time home buyer and needed help selecting and replacing the flooring in my new home. The referral came through family members who also had a positive experience in their home, with Dominion Flooring. In store - each member of the staff (Terry, Johnny and even the owner, Dominic) provided assistance, feedback, and friendly conversation. Dominic and Nick were great in helping use choose a carpet and knowledgeably answered our questions. They wanting us to get the carpet we wanted a t the price we could afford was quite evident. The installing team was fantastic. They showed up just before 9:00, took a break for lunch, and were done with my 1100+ feet of carpet a little before 3:00. That included our great room, master BR & walk-in closet, two hallways, hall closet, linin closet, and two bedrooms and their closets. This included moving furniture & putting it back in place. They also hauled away the old carpeting.
