Mr. Cooke and Sherri from the office are great to work with. Great communication. Always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. Mr. Cooke came out to do an estimate in short time and did a great work afterwards. As a realtor, you always want to make sure you are working with reliable companies. From the first phone call inquiring about their services until completion of the job, I felt like I was their only customer. They brought my 60 year old floors beautifully back to life. We ran into a bad situation with a leaky toilet that lead to water damage. Mr. Cooke and his professional team did a fantastic job repairing the subfloor and installing a new tile floor. On top of that, Mr. Cooke called in a favor to make sure my toilet was up and operation. The new floor came out amazing. We will most likely be returning for future flooring installs.
