I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Our pug is in a wheelchair so there are some challenges in caring for him. But the staff at Bay Rivers were so wonderful and attentive to all of his needs. He didn't even want to leave when I picked him up. I cannot recommend this facility enough! We will absolutely be back.
Wow I love these guys! From the moment I did a tour of the facility to the introductions with my pups. Their knowledge, friendliness, their interaction with our dogs has been unmatched. We have a very nervous rescue and this team took their time and allowed her to settle. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my furbabies

First day for my dog today. I have nothing but amazing things to say! Kylie (I believe that was her name) was super nice and helpful during check in! Explained stuff perfectly for me! The gentleman that called me at 11am was also super informative on how my baby’s evaluation for daycare went! They even let him stay the rest of the day! When pick up time rolled around, he was still outside. ? I could hear his little play barks! ? I expected to be paying for a full day of daycare since he was there from 7am to 4:15pm but I was surprised that there was no charge since it was his eval day!
