The facility is clean and organized, and the staff are caring and attentive to both dogs and owners. The staff were so wonderful and attentive to all of his needs. They explained stuff perfectly. The gentleman was also super informative. They even let him stay the rest of the day. They even told me that he would get a peanut butter kong over lunch for his first day. With a reputation for excellence, Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare is a highly recommended choice for dog owners seeking a reliable and fun experience for their pets.
Still owes my wife $1800 in unused boarding fees after they 'closed'. Will NEVER return.
Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare is amazing! Our baby boy, Brooks Michael, absolutely loves his visits. We feel confident that our boy is always safe, loved and having tons of fun.
