So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime. If I have issues with appliances in the future, Baker Appliance is going to be my first call.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Highly recommend Baker Appliance. Professional, courteous, genuine and quick to respond. Love supporting local/family business. I will definitely be keeping them on quick dial for any of our appliance needs in the future. Thanks to an outstanding father/son team!!!?

Friendly, family business who were reliable and polite. I called for an issue with my freezer and was able to get on the schedule the same week. Mr. Grady and His grandson, also Grady we're polite, helpful and seemed to be very comfortable looking at fridge/freezers. I found the price to be reasonable and they left their card to call for anything in the future.
