I've always been satisfied with the service. I signed an agreement at the beginning of the year for two prepaid service calls within 12 months at a supposed discount. I just had the 2nd service done, but the company no longer provides filters as part of the service. I think they should have honored the contract. Also, I wasn't impressed with the service person this time.
I'm from Grafton, and Jose did the seasonal service this past week. He always does a great job, very professional.
I got a house 7 years ago that came with an infinity system which means unfortunately only one company on the peninsula services it, and that company happened to be A/C masters. So I was "stuck with only them, and I couldn't be happier to be stuck with any other company! Over the last 5 years I have had to service my machine at almost every summer for one thing or another. Every time they come out they have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always spoke to me and taught me with out making me less than, and have always had compassion and understanding to the situations at hand. No matter what system I get when it's time for me to move I will keep A/C master purely because I love the company!
