“Superb experience! Kylee at reception was so friendly and helpful when I booked over the phone and wasn’t sure what type of facial to book. She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. I appreciated that she explained what was going to happen at each step before starting. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. Dee was so friendly and introduced herself as the owner on my way out. A 10/10 experience and I’m excited to build these visits into my routine!“

“This place is phenominal! My wife & I went to Zenmi recently; she got both a manicure & pedicure and I got a pedicure. The girls are awesome! We both got foot massages with hot rocks which I highly recommend. We’ve never had pedicures this good - truly the absolute best. My wife’s nails looked great - red with sparkles. The pedi-chairs were really good with a back massage. The pedi process was impressive in that they used plastic bags in the foot basin before adding water to ensure everything was sanitized. The whole experience we had was thoroughly enjoyable and priced very reasonable. Bottom line: Highly recommended! If I could give them 10 stars I would as they deserve it!“

“Niky saved my daughter from a hairstylist who knew nothing about short hair. She was able to cut and reshape her hair into an appropriate pixie cut. My daughter referred me to her home studio. Niky gave me a great haircut, she did a great job waxing my eyebrows and my neck. My hair laid beautifully after she cut it to a nice shape. It was worth every penny. Niky's home studio is bright, clean and airy, and it is just the two of you in the studio. I will be coming to Niky's again in the future!“

“I got a Brazilian wax today, this was my first time coming here, and it was a great experience! The owner was on time and very friendly. She made sure to sanitize before we got started and she did it again after I was leaving. She uses the wax that you need to use strips for, and honestly it was so much better than what I was used to. I was going to European wax, where they use the hard wax. They do very large areas at once, so it was always pretty painful. With this form of waxing, I feel that it was smaller areas being done at a time and it was way less painful. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and she was very pleasant to talk to, found out we have the same birthday! I was very nervous about a private single owner doing my wax, but I am so glad I went. Her room is very welcoming, the waiting area is nice and comfortable. Love supporting black businesses and I look forward to being a regular customer.“
