“The nail technician do not wash there hands in between clients. Some nail technician shakes the towel right by there chair which cause all the residue debris they removed from your nails to float in the air . They should get another towel. They do not wipe or clean the nail dryers in between each client. They tell you to put your hand under it to dry and the part your hand goes in is filthy and dirty and lot of dirt , nail product debris is all in and around it. It looks discussing. The technician themselves for the most part are nice. .“

“Superb experience! Kylee at reception was so friendly and helpful when I booked over the phone and wasn’t sure what type of facial to book. She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. I appreciated that she explained what was going to happen at each step before starting. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. Dee was so friendly and introduced herself as the owner on my way out. A 10/10 experience and I’m excited to build these visits into my routine!“
