We hired Scott Del Monte for a seller’s home inspection. He was very diligent in scheduling the inspection appointment. He arrived on time and carefully evaluated each part of the house. He answered all our questions and concerns that came up during the walk-through. He also provided helpful tips for the maintenance of the current property or our future home. He promptly provided a detailed report of the home inspection and pointed out minor issues that could be brought to our attention during a buyer’s inspection. I have bought several homes and Scott was the most thorough, thoughtful, and considerate home inspector I have worked with. I highly recommend him as your home inspector. He will give you outstanding customer service. He showed me every detail during the inspection process and even walked through the nuances of various components of the home I was purchasing.

Scott is a phenomenal home inspector. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and have little knowledge about caring for a home. Our goal is to be responsible and knowledgeable homeowners and hoped Scott would help us understand what kind of attention our home would need. Scott had no problem with me following him around and asking tons of questions. He was thorough, patient, and willing to educate us on the maintenance and other items that require further attention from a professional.
