I was very impressed with the service. The inspector came out within 24 hours of my request. I had a mold problem and the inspection involved removing a section of drywall. I was fully expecting to come home to a kitchen full of dry wall dust, but was pleasantly surprised to find none at all. The kitchen door mat was even cleaner than when I left that morning. The report was accurate, concise and was sent with many supporting photos within 3 days of the service visit. Definitely 5 star service!

I contacted Patrick to complete an asbestos inspection for an old commercial building. With short notice, he quickly scheduled my project, did a very thorough inspection, took several samples, and turned-around a report in a couple days. I highly recommend Patrick and plan on using him for future inspections.
