I came into LA Fitness with major gym and social anxiety, having not worked out in years. From the start, Hector (personal training manager) made me feel at ease during my assessment. He really listened to my goals, considered my personality, and thoughtfully matched me with a trainer who would be the best fit. I’m a few months into my personal training and he’s continued to check in, which shows how much he genuinely cares about clients’ comfort and progress.

Staff work hard to fix all some Mumbers intentialy broke showers and even suna! They not think cleaning person is human too!
No doubt you paid! But Members have to take care. Their sounding and leave all better for others to use! We observe some people take towel papers and throw all over!

I go to this gym in Woodbridge. It is clean, friendly staff, has a swimming pool. I like their Zumba classes and that it has wifi access. Only thing I will want to be changes is that people in the thread mills talk to loud on the phone and disturb the other people
