“Loyal customer earned! I recently bought my home. A new homeowner's nightmare ensues within two weeks of moving in. My sewer line has a major issue and my basement floods. I called my warranty company. They send out their contractor (United Air and Temp). My husband had to pull the toilet out because they "were not allowed to" and could not locate the clean out. They snake the main line and say they've resolved the problem. Three days later....same thing happens again. Same company comes out. This time, they tell me there is a break in the main sewer line and I cannot use the water until the sewer line gets replaced. They quote me over $17k and tell me they can offer financing. I am devastated. Me and my family go stay with a dear friend while we figure this out. I decide to call around and request other estimates. Thankfully, one of the other estimates I received was from Jon at One Stop Mechanical. Not only did they come in and quote me thousands less - but they also were the ONLY company that told me I should call the county because the issue was in an area that they might cover. I took Jon's advice and I will forever be grateful to him. The next day the county was in my front yard replacing the broken sewer line - for FREE. “Our well pressure tank failed and I was trying to find one that was from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer's website indicated that Northern Virginia Plumbing Services sold them. When I called I spoke with Reid and he told me they had a brand new tank(not from the same manufacturer) and that he would provide it to us for free, but that it needed a part I could get at a hardware store.<br><br>We agreed to meet the next morning and true to his word Reid showed up and gave me the tank. Over the course of the day, he checked in to see how we were progressing in getting the new tank installed. We completed the project but were still having some issue and I texted Reid on Saturday night. He called us back and gave us a suggestion that we will try. If things aren't working like they should I'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to do a service call and get things working correctly.<br><br>This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a trades company.
