“My carry-on suitcase broke and I needed to replace it quickly because I travel a lot. This is my first time with Tumi. Robin is the manager here and she was VERY helpful. She took time to answer all of my questions and helped me compare different models. She helped open them up and showed me the different features. Tumi offers a 5 year warranty (nice!). Their luggage has more features than the typical Samsonite but also costs more. Some models have the ability to use hangers for organizing dress shirts, slacks, and sportcoats. After comparing with luggage at several other stores I decided to buy the Tumi continental. Photos of my purchase below.The store was clean and they had most models in stock. Some were discounted more than others, so it helped to ask about the discounts and to compare. They also sell a variety of types of luggage, wallets, and handbags.“
