During a routine inspection, and while using the latest technology, Alex HVAC unexpectedly discovered a dangerous carbon monoxide and corrosive mould situation in our 25+ year-old gas furnace. A new tenant had, literally, "just" moved into the completely renovated basement apartment where the system was located and, of course, boxes, furniture, artwork and paintings were stacked everywhere. Nothing seemed to phase Alex's crew, as they made a pathway wide enough to remove the humongous ancient unit, took off doors leading to the outside, and re-positioned old and new duct work before getting the system up and running quickly. At all times they demonstrated respect and care for the tenant's belongings, even though their labors were made much more difficult because of the situation, and promptly and efficiently went about installing both a new furnace and AC system. The team was knowledgeable and patient in explaining to both tenant and landlord everything we needed to know about the new units, and their professionalism throughout really calmed a somewhat tense situation. The owner of Alex HVAC himself came to check on progress, and was careful to ensure that we were satisfied with both the human cost and price paid for an excellent day of work. Thank you Alex HVAC!
The service was excellent. Stand by their word. They came in on 24 Apr 2020 to install a new HVAC System (inside and out) ( I have a heat pump). Excellent professional job. Removed old system and hauled away. Very neat no mess. Very reasonably priced. Explained and showed me everything they did. The installers Fabio and Miguel were very polite and courteous. They new their jobs and did it well. Thanks Alex and crew. I definitely recommend 5 Stars
