“My wife misplaced a diamond ring and we thought we may have dropped it down the sink. I called Tim Cognetti in the morning and he was able to show up or his son showed up Vince at 2 o’clock to take the drain apart and make sure the diamond was not in it it was not in it but I had him replace the drain while he was at it. He responded immediately and only charged me $138. Tim also replaced my water heater earlier in the year and a faucet. He is fantastic very reasonable and responds quickly.“
