Truly enjoyed my experience here. The salon is bright and well appointed. When I was I got a manicure, pedicure and my hair cut. Each service was great. Ellie, did my manicure and pedicure. She was personable and took her time working my feet and hands doing a fantastic job. They only use natural products so there aren't any odors when you are there. Poor communication. No returned calls. No confirmation of start date, or courtesy call, they just showed up. Seven items were reviewed during estimate quote. Three were listed on written estimate, was told they'd get the remaining four items when they did the others, but that would be an additional charge. My wife misplaced a diamond ring and we thought we may have dropped it down the sink. I called Tim Cognetti in the morning and he was able to show up or his son showed up Vince at 2 o’clock to take the drain apart and make sure the diamond was not in it it was not in it but I had him replace the drain while he was at it. He responded immediately and only charged me $138. Tim also replaced my water heater earlier in the year and a faucet. He is fantastic very reasonable and responds quickly.

I was looking for something for my daughter and I to do since our vacation was taken over by rain, I called in and was able to get us last minute appointments. This establishment was so clean and welcoming! I got a pedicure, which I could go on and on about it being one of the best pedis I have ever received! My daughter went with getting a full set, and they turned out fabulous!

Luna Nail Bar is the current name. Convenient location to our hotel, friendly staff, and they did great work for a great price. If you're visiting and need nail work, I highly recommend this place. It's also in a plaza with quite a few other things, you could accomplish a bunch of things without traveling any further.

Only negative thing i can say is as follows: Today as I walked to my car a technician was sitting outside hollered to get my attention and asked me to wait. She hollered back in shop to ask did I checkout (pay) and the guy stated yes. She then hollered back at me to say I was making sure they checked you out - you ok! How insulting and I can't figure out why she thought I looked like that I wouldn't pay - so disappointing!!

i originally didnt have the best experience here i called and was able to speak to terri and her husband who own the shop and they expressed sincere and genuine care and asked kindly if i would come back to the shop and allow them to fix a mistake that was made and they did just that. terri has such a kind sweet soul and her husband is an amazing nail artist who was quick and perfected every last detail. such an amazing and friendly environment and definitely luxurious definitely coming back for a fill in 2-3 weeks, they truly did an amazing job and extraordinarily quick too! everyones human and makes mistakes but these guys definitely deserved a second chance. im glad i came back. amazing work??

Brenda was wonderful! I have loose curly hair and often have trouble finding a hair stylist who knows how to cut curls; she consulted with me before starting and intuitively knew what I wanted. Very skilled and kind stylist.
I took my 3 grandchildren to have their hair cut.First off let me say Milena is very nice . She took the time to change their appointment so that all 3 kids could have their hair done on the same day. When we arrived all the kids were taken immediately which was GREAT! Milena cut the oldest girls hair and listened carefully to how they wanted their hair cut. Teresa was amazing also, she cut the youngest childs hair and it was the first time the youngest had her hair professionally washed ,it was a real treat. The kids looked amazing and they were very happy with their cuts ! We will definately be back !

Decided to cut my hair off and go natural a few years ago. Been going to Visions nice atmosphere no profanity policy. Now it is by appointment due to COVID so even better not that many people there when you go. You must wear a mask!! These guys were hit the hardest when COVID came and COVID is not gone. If we have to isolate and stay home it will affect them the most. That is why they are doing it by appointment and wearing your mask when you go in there. I get compliments on my cuts all the time asking where do I go to get it done.

Was visiting from out of town, but originally from Wbrg. I've had great experiences at MassageLuxe before, so I called a few days before my trip to schedule a 1 hr deep tissue massage. They fit me in with Daniel and I can honestly say it was one of, if not the best, massages I've ever had. Daniel was very strong, pressure was consistent and he was professional but still warm and friendly. I wish he would move to Nashville (but also hope he adds me on LinkedIn or something so I know where he goes if he leaves MassageLuxe!)

David Cyphers is great !! We had a sewage pump breakdown in our basement. After having A1 come out to diagnose, then estimated $1940 total for the work. I then contacted Cyphers for a second opinion. David Cyphers quickly arranged to come out. He thoroughly tested and determined the pump was indeed bad. He had one on his truck, replaced ours that day, and system back to working great again. His total charge was $964; almost $1000 lower than A1's. Cyphers is now our go-to plumber in the Williamsburg/Toano area !

Working initially with Gary for the price quote, he was kind and patient as we selected the garage floor we wanted. What was selected was what we received.
Both Gary and John were very honest and transparent with the work that was to be performed and answered all of our questions before the work began, during the work process, and after the job was completed.
I must also say that we had a concern about odors because my wife is very sensitive to chemicals. The odors were kept to a minimum and did not invade our home. This meant that we did not have to spend time in a hotel. Thank you Garage Experts!

Our floors are stunning! We had a refrigerator leak and it ruined our hardwood. Dwayne came out along with 2 other companies, and we're glad we chose Williamsburg Flooring & Design. Bryan, and his crew that did the floors were amazing, and so patient as we worked out the color I wanted, even smiled through a change of plans. We went with built in registers, yea, it will cost you a little more, but just do it, you will not be sorry. Eric did our base and shoe. He did a beautiful job as well. We are thrilled and everyone who's seen the floors think we did all new hardwood. That speaks volumes, to the craftsmanship of these fine people.

Mr Pierce replaced and fitted our louvered doors on our laundry room. He is incredibly hard-working and did not finish the work until it was perfect. Additionally, he is an incredibly personable businessman and was responsive to all of our needs. I recommend his without reservation. We intend to call him for all our future homeowner needs.
Daniel ********* and his crew built a beautiful new retaining wall to replace our old crumbling wall. He included a custom-designed bench that is beautiful and functional and makes the area more visible so that vehicles don't get too close. His crew is busy and it may take him a wile to get to your project, but the quality of the work is worth the wait.
I am not surprised to see a perfect rating for Harbin builders. Theybuilt an amazing home for us, virtually perfectly. As a family who has built several homes over the years as developers, we are fussy. Wayne, Brad, Doug, John, Linda and many others epitomize customer service, honesty and integrity. We are already engaged in planning the next building on our farm. They are not family, but sure feel like it.
I called the Advanced Pest Technology company because I discovered a rather large hornet nest in one of my bushes. Hornets have a bad rep for being mean and it was right next to my front sidewalk. I talked to Shawn and he was able to come out the next day. I am so relieved to have the nest gone before anyone got stung! Shawn did a great job at a reasonable price! I highly recommend APT for any kind of pest control!
James Pest Control has been taking care of our home for over 20 years. They do an excellent job, dependable, and are fairly priced. Charles, the technician who comes monthly, is very friendly and professional. We live in the woods and have plenty of mice and critters, but thanks to bait boxes and other treatments, we never have any issues in our home or garage. I highly recommend.
The crew comes out to Pocahontas Sq. Townhouses. They do a fantastic job! They are very respectful of the tenants.

And, since planting the shade tolerant and deer resistant plants I am very pleased to report that even though the beds were full of deer hoof prints, not a plant was touched! Yay! Their receptionist, Renee, is top notch! Their landscaping team is AWESOME! Their grass cutting team, not so much. They do yearly contracts for grass cutting at a reasonable price. Having said that, it's not reasonable if you are cutting your own grass and picking up fallen twigs before and after your service. My opinion is to stick to their landscaping services.
I highly recommend Williams Landscape & Design! They worked with me to find creative solutions to some complex issues in my backyard and communication has been great throughout the process. The team who worked on my project were incredibly professional and thorough. From the first day, I could tell they had really high standards for doing excellent work. I am very pleased with the results. They're great!

This was my first-time using Bartlett's Tree Service. Having an arborist evaluate the health of my tree was reassuring. The crew was outstanding in trimming the tree and cleaning up afterwards. I can’t praise THE NORGE DENTAL CENTER enough! I have been going here for years and years and have come to know Dr.Johnston very well. I have also been taking my three granddaughters, plus 2 of my great granddaughters here now too. I truly have never had any problems or issues with anyone associated with this dental center. The staff here is the absolute best. Have always made me feel comfortable, like I’m home and included in this one big family of a business. I trust all of them completely to care for not only myself but all of my growing family..

I like the way she works so much that I actually went through the licensing department for Dentistry in the state of Virginia to find her. She's great and our office staff is super. Dr Blaney is the most knowledgeable and caring dentist I've ever been to. I wish my insurance was still accepted by his office. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a good dentist!
Great experience! Dr.Datien and Anaina were just so awesome! It’s a fun environment for kids as well. They had loads of toys and cool stuff for the kids to play with while they waited. My son was even got a popsicle at the end!
(07-08-2024)I have a LOOONG history of trauma when it comes to my teeth and dentists. Not here. Dr. Maharty treats me like family. He is kind and understands the issues I have. I'm also a hard stick with Novocaine (not used anymore but you know what I talking about, the only name I know) He knows this and he does his work around my issue instead of telling me I don't know what I'm talking about as others have. There is the level of care one should always get when getting any kind of procedure done. To me Ashley and Dr. Maharty are above and beyond this call. They have helped me in so many ways I will never be able to thank them enough. I truly hope Robert and Alison get to read this because I want them to know their staff have been amazing, kind, and gone above and beyond the level of compassion every customer should be so lucky to receive. I had a terrible dentist when I was a young kid. It was a life changing experience and I was terrified of any dentist for YEARS. While waiting in the lobby I overheard Dr. Reiff talking a young girl through his procedure and was so moved that she would never have my experience I had to thank Dr. Reiff personally. A good dentist is a blessing and I'm so very glad my boss referred me to this office. My dental hygienist Deborah is amazing and I'm so thankful for this office and helping me work my fears away. I highly recommend this office!

I recently moved to Williamsburg and was looking for a local chiro as I have issues with my hips and neck. I found Dr Shaye through an online search and could tell by some of the photos on the website he was the hands-on chiro I needed. I have been very happy with how he approaches my adjustments and the results I am seeing. I wish I hadn’t waited 2 years to find him!

This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I am more than happy with how it went! The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. She answered any questions and created a nice and calming environment. Dr. Croucher was also very nice and took the time to really explain everything to me. He was very honest and open and I left feeling better about my injury and hopeful for a quick recovery. I would definitely recommend the Spine Center.

She had a breakthrough treatment for a serious problem. We've moved and we're going to miss her.
Great place to have your pets groomed!!! Staff knowledgeable about breeds and what best suits your pet's needs.. I don't know what products Toni uses for her bath's, but Pets smell heavenly for several weeks long after the groom.Toni and her Staff are worth every penny. Sheena's pet colored Mohawks and variety of nail paw-lishes are awesome sauce... Defiantly a place a highly recommend...I promise local grooming places will be an utter bore once your pets have been groomed here!!!!!!

My husband and I do a weekly duet with Jo. Whether we are complaining about an ache or asking to strengthen something, Jo always seems to know some Pilates exercises that are perfect for what we need. It's a great core/all over workout that is helping us age well. Jo is great, but The Pilates Center also has a community atmosphere. We feel like we know the other instructors in a way, even though we have never had classes with them.
I have just recently joined CP. So far I love it! The price is steep (in comparison to a regular gym membership), but for the unlimited a month its worth it. In two weeks I have scheduled 10 classes, which in comparison to the 8 classes per month rate I find the unlimited more than worth it. 6 classes in and I feel my posture improving.The instructors have been so thoughtful and caring. The community is great too, everyone is so friendly!

If you have persistent lingering pain you've been dealing with, toughing out, pushing through etc, David Herring is the person to visit. I cannot begin to explain how his therapies actually work. But I can't tell you for a fact that they do work, amazingly well. You won't need pain medicine or anything like that. The therapies and techniques he uses make the pain go away. I will be a repeat customer as long as he is in business. David has helped my entire family with various pain issues. He has even been an integral part in correcting my child's scoliosis. Very friendly, very professional demeanor, an all around great guy. You won't go wrong by giving his business a call

My family travels full time so getting a good massage is always hit or miss because it’s always a new massage therapist. I got a 90 minute massage from Corey and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten! He is such a skilled massage therapist. Definitely used way more techniques than any other therapist I’ve ever had. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about him! The girl at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. All around GREAT experience.
My 95 year old mother and I have been patients at Comber PT in New Town for the last few weeks in the spring of 2024. All of the staff we have encountered, including reception, Anthony and Steve, are all kind and funny. But Danny, a PTA, is particularly special. He really stands out as someone who wants to help you and make you smile.
From the first time we walked in, Danny introduced himself and offered us water. I felt like he was welcoming us into his home. He took my mother by the arm and took her back for PT. He calls her “beautiful”, which most 95 year olds don’t hear anymore. Every time we come in, Danny welcomes us and jokes with us. He’s the kind of person who will make patients want to return to Comber when PT is needed again.
I’ve taken care of the elderly for 10 years in Williamsburg and have been to many healthcare providers here so I consider myself an expert on healthcare providers. The staff at Comber really stands out. People like Danny should be appreciated and valued and retained. With so many job openings in healthcare, I think it’s important to be mindful of your top staff. People like Danny and Anthony are the heart of the office. Comber has a great staff.
