I have attended several physical therapy offices in the past, but none have scratched the surface as Virginia Beach Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. From day one, my standard of care has been consistently top notch. The staff are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fully supportive. The overall vibe is always positive and relaxed. After attending a few sessions I got my mom to come. After her first day/consultation she came home with tears of joy and said how wonderful this place is and how she feels heard and taken care of. She's never expressed this about any physical therapy she's attended. If you're in need of physical therapy this is the place for you!! You will not regret it!! 5/5 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!“

“Words cannot explain how thankful I am for the alignment that Dr. Py performed! He did an amazing job ? , my right leg was around 5 inches longer and my neck had a 5 - 6 inch forward slope, and my hips were canted. After the thorough assessment I was given a type of electric therapy and later went to a bed that helped realign my spine. Lastly, Dr Py did the final adjustments (which is where a lot of the magic happens) and I’m not kidding, I stood up and started laughing because I didn’t even believe it but I felt taller and it’s now effortless to maintain a good posture.

“We dined at Fire Brew. This is one of my favorite eateries. Excellent service. I ordered the Gouda burger. Delicious, cooked just right. My guest ordered ribs without the sauce. Very good, did not miss the sauce. Have not visited the other businesses in this shopping area. Lots of parking.“

“My EVMS Otology practice sent me here for Vertigo PT. The In Motion PT Centers were the only group they recommended for this very specialized type of Physical Therapy. I can't say that it was a fun experience. But it worked. I'm sure the intermittent problem will eventually return because I've been dealing with it my entire life. My Physical Therapist Paola was extremely nice & helpful. I was able to book every appointment with him. We enjoyed sharing my new love of Filipino pastries. He gave me tips as to new places to try. The large building in the Town Center area is on the south side of Columbus Street across the street from Wegmans. Turn west on Columbus Street from Independence. The physical therapy space is on the 2nd floor conveniently accessible by elevator. The hall to the area is decorated with fascinating prints of old Norfolk & Virginia Beach. Seating is available in the main floor lobby space. The only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is the hours the staff keeps. They are very friendly & nice. But they leave so early that you aren't able to make or change your appointment after therapy. One day I was there & there was no one at the desk when I arrived. A regular there told me the staff didn't work that day of the week. So when a PT came into the waiting room I told her to tell my PT that I had arrived. This staffing shortage explained why it was so hard to reach them on the phone, the only way to cancel. You aren't allowed to cancel on My Chart. Because of the Customer Service staffing flaws the rating is 3.5 rounded up to 4.“
