Was recommended here from a coworker after I hurt my shoulder. They helped heal my torn labrum and keep me from having surgery. It was also nice to go to a PT clinic where they used weights and gym equipment rather than just bands.

Direct Performance was great to work with and helped me figure out what I need to change in my life to limit my pain. If you do what they say, you will not regret making those appointments.

I started with Dr. Kate Murphy back in November for sciatica on my lower right side and I just had my “graduation”. I absolutely loved having her. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She made sure all of the exercises I did were challenging but comfortable and made adjustments as needed. She thoroughly explained what exercises we were doing and why we were doing them. She asked questions about where the pain was, what was happening with the pain, how it was affecting my life, etc. Graduation was a bittersweet moment because I was so happy to finally have that pain, that was making me wake up at night crying, considerably better to the point that I rarely feel...read full review
