“Loved everything about my experience ordering from Wisps of Willow. I ordered flowers for a friend who just recently lost their pet so I didn't see them myself but I'm told they are gorgeous. I really wanted to find a local shop that used in-season flowers - and they did an amazing job! I also went with the designer choice option. The person who delivered the flowers was also incredibly nice and patient with me while I found out what the right address was. Would 100% reccomend if you want to deliver gorgeous well thought out flowers to someone you love in the virginia beach area.“
