I did not expect a call back after they tried to email me my invoice multiple times. (For some reason I never received an email). But they took a picture of the invoice and texted it to me and also sent me a picture of the arrangement! If I ever need to send another arrangement in the Williamsburg area I will definitely order from here again!!“
