The other staff are always friendly, courteous , and helpful. They were great, they were also able to do the exam without dilation so I could get back to work. They were also very respectful of my time and knew I had a short window to do this appointment. The Blue Ridge Optical team is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and goes to enormous lengths to stay on top of the newest lens technology. This day and age, it is painstaking and confusing to accept insurance plans and still provide good, quality lenses across the board---at times even at a great financial inconvenience to the establishment. They also take time to speak with sales representatives---many of which will all arrive on the same day and time simultaneously! They are responsive, positive, courteous and maintain a good sense of humor despite having to deal with many curmudgeons. Highly recommend them for lenses, high Rx's and troubleshooting.“

“Vistar children’s center in Salem has always made my kids feel comfortable and they enjoy their visits very much! Dr Facciani makes it fun and magical and goes above and beyond with his bed side manner. This includes in office and in the hospital/surgery center. Office wait times can be a little unpredictable at times so I would plan on being there a minimum of 2 hours. Overall highly recommend!“
