The exercise regimen used helped my symptoms diminish quickly. Their communication and flexibility was great too.“
“A Game Changer for My Cycling and Muscle Tension
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kur. For years, I had been dealing with chronic muscle tension and discomfort in my left quad that was affecting my cycling performance and riding enjoyment. I knew I needed to do something about it, so I turned to Kur – and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and understood. Kur took the time to assess my condition thoroughly and explained how a combination of physical therapy and dry needling could help. Not only did he address my muscle tension with a combination of targeted physical therapy and dry needling, but he also did a comprehensive bike fit evaluation. Kur is incredibly knowledgeable about cycling mechanics and how bike positioning can impact muscle strain. After making some key adjustments to my bike setup, including changes to my saddle height, handlebar position, and cleat alignment, the difference was immediate. The relief I’ve felt is amazing. The tension in my quad has significantly decreased, and I’m no longer dealing with the aches I used to feel after long rides. In fact, I’ve never felt more comfortable and efficient on my bike! I’m riding longer distances, with better form and less discomfort, and I’m thrilled with the results. If you're a cyclist dealing with muscle tension or discomfort, or just looking to optimize your cycling performance, I highly recommend Kur. His combination of expertise in physical therapy and cycling knowledge is second to none!“

6565 Arlington Blvd #220, Falls Church“I recently had a total knee replacement and ended up going to Advantage PT which was close to my home. The experience I had there was fantastic and they had me up and "running" in no time. My PT guy was Sam Corbin. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and very personable. The facilities are relatively new, and contain all that is needed for any type of PT. The supporting staff and other PT specialist were all great not only for myself, but also what I observed with other patients. I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage PT to anyone, and we certainly go back there if I need more PT. A really great place!“

6410 Arlington Blvd Suite A, Falls Church“My name is Ralph and I’m 82. I was on my bike when I was hit by a car. My neck and back were broken and I had a C2 to T5 fusion and several metal rods for support. I was in a cervical and thoracic brace for three months. When I called to find a place to do PT, the first place told me the first appointment would be in a month and the second never answered the phone. With luck my third call was to PT Solutions who gave me an appointment that week.
I have been in PT many times but PT Solutions was the best, a step above the rest. They worked me hard but within my pain limits. They consistently checked pain levels and would stop and massage painful places. The exercises were spot on to my needs with no fluff. After several sessions I started having input to what exercises were most helpful to me.
The Falls Church location was an upbeat place. I knew all the therapists by name and they knew me. The office staff was very helpful and would sign me in when I came through the door. Patients also talked and referred to each other as therapy buddies. The positive atmosphere really helped healing. Above all, it felt safe and calmed me when I was feeling vulnerable.
I progressed quickly in 6 weeks and I was back riding my (repaired) bike.
I recommend PT Solutions without any reservations.
Ralph“

Worked with me to get me functional for the trip, gave me great exercises which helped tremendously and encouraged me in my goal to get back to running. Everyone there was great, worked most closely with Aafke who is amazing, with the entire team just great. Expert, personalized approach, highly recommend!“

She showed me how to properly do my exercises and without her help and guidance, I would not have done these on my own. Her positive attitude and encouragement really worked well for me. It is obvious she is passionate about her work.“

We saw results during the first session and in her climbing immediately afterward. We would highly recommend BetaPT for those climbers out there looking for additional mobility or PT.“

46262 Cranston St Suite 115B, Sterling“Every person that I had contact with at the Sterling Jackson Clinic was fantastic. Makese, the patient care manager, is absolutely lovely and also incredibly efficient and effective. He made scheduling (and rescheduling) almost effortless, and walked me through any payment questions I had. The type of customer service and organisation required to run a clinic like this is very difficult, but Makese makes it look easy. Ryan, the exercise specialist, was a lot of fun to work with and was able to engage my teenage daughter (not always an easy feat). The PTs we saw are unfortunately no longer there, but they were both excellent as well - receptive to our needs, always up-to-date on our progress, and never in a rush to get to the next patient. I would recommend (and have recommended) this clinic to anyone who needs PT.“

7115 Leesburg Pike STE 204, Falls Church“Leizl is an excellent physical therapist and a lovely person to work with. She takes time to get to know her patient's needs and individual situation, more so than any other PT I had previously been to. Was able to make solid progress even given my complicated situation.“
“Great physical therapist, he helped me to recover from to ankle injury quickly.I don't have a good level of English but he was very patient and kind to communicate with me. I appreciate it.“
“I’m amazed at the progress that I have made in the past 8 months going to NeuroPT. For the full hour of my appointment, the physical therapist works directly with me, one on one. She provides exercises that I can do at home and recommended an adaptive gym where I can go workout additionally. I’m extremely pleased with the neurological pt knowledge, skill, attention and care given to me and each client I have seen come through their door.I read one posted review hinting at possible race discrimination. I’ve seen people of color as clients. I don’t see that as issue. It is a small practice without a welcoming reception desk so “call backs” may get delayed. They focus on their clients, therefore, returning calls may get delayed.Overall. I believe NeuroPT deserves a 10 star review it were possible.“

12020 Sunrise Valley Dr Suite 110, Reston“Donna is incredible to work with. I've suffered from chronic low back and hip pain for years. It keeps me up at night and started preventing me from keeping up with my young child. Working with her over the year has been life changing. Donna does a great job recognizing the right amount of "homework" to assign around my busy schedule so that I can put the work in outside of our sessions. I highly highly recommend Donna to everyone.“
“When I first met with Matt Barnes at Optimal Motion in early 2023, I was afraid to run. With an osteoarthritic hip, piriformis syndrome and sciatica, the running I loved had dwindled to next to nothing. I had a bib for my third Marine Corps Marathon - and seriously doubted I would be able to use it. Matt turned that around with targeted - and often very uncomfortable - physical therapy and strength exercises. That addressed the pain. But it was Matt's profound running expertise and advice during my P.T. sessions that helped me overcome my fear of running. Thanks to Matt, I'm not afraid to run faster. I'm not afraid to do strength training after a run. I'm not afraid to give it my all at the end of long, hard race. I ran the 2023 Marine Corps Marathon and another marathon in 2024, in addition to countless other races where I've logged personal bests. Matt not only enabled me to run again. He made me a better runner.“

“Excellent, caring and professional therapist. Helped me regain full use of my shoulder without having to have rotator cuff surgery. Highly recommended her!“
“Excellent; the best. I highly recommend Falls Church Physical Therapy and Movement Health. Dr. Jennifer Halvaksz is a superb diagnostician and therapist. I recommended Jennifer to five other people with different physical issues, all of whom said the same thing. I suffered from severe arthritis in my hip that interfered with my bike riding and even walking and sleeping. The orthopedist recommended hip replacement, which I wanted to postpone. Through sessions with Dr. Halvaksz and following the exercises that she prescribed, I was able to put off hip replacement surgery for three years. Moreover, because of the exercises she had me doing, my recovery from replacement surgery went quickly; I was climbing stairs the same day, walking without support after about a week, riding a bike on a trainer in the house after three weeks, and riding outside in about 6 weeks. I now routinely commute to work on a bike (ten miles one way), go mountain biking in real mountains, and walk without issues. I still see Jennifer periodically for the occasional muscle or back problem (I am 61, so…). Jennifer also has a terrific bedside manner, she carefully explains the causes of pain and how therapy can help, and, moreover, she knows how to make people feel better – indeed, positive! – about themselves. I trust Dr. Halvaksz implicitly; I know that she will make me feel better in both the short and long term. (Plus she is simply a terrific person.)“
“As a physical therapy student, this was one of the strongest rotations I have had. It was an excellent learning experience to take what I learned in the classroom to applying it to my patients. I especially enjoyed the camaraderie between physical therapists and students, and I feel very lucky to have had Joe as my clinical instructor.
Two rotations later I find myself applying the skills I learned from my time at R2P, and quoting Joe on the daily; “Are your muscles shaking? That’s weakness leaving the body.” Or my personal favorite “that looks smooth, like a hot knife through butter.” Only spoken in a Long Island accent, respectfully.
P.S. Tim, I stole your fork and took it back to Texas with me. :)“
