“I would highly recommend Spine and Orthopedic Solutions for physical therapy. I had chronic neck pain. During the 8 sessions, I learned how to strengthen my muscles and the pain went away. Best part is I now have the right tools to continue strengthening my muscles to keep the pain away. My son also had a shoulder injury from swim, and we took him to see Katie. She has been great with showing our son how to strengthen his shoulder and other upper body muscle groups.“
