The staff was friendly and answered all questions. The doctor was very informative and answered all questions. Scheduling the operation was not an issue and was done quickly. The wait time is normal to any doctor. The only issue I have is the parking lot.
Dr. Morin is excellent but the scheduling is in need of an overhaul. Wait times up to 1.5 hours for no reason other than poor scheduling. Way overbooked, so that it makes for a disappointing experience.
I just finished having cataract surgery in both eyes done by Dr Morin of the Mitchell eye institute. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received from her and from the office. My cataract surgery was life-changing. Dr Morin has excellent bedside manner and laid out my options with no pressure to have me buy more expensive lenses/options. She was so incredibly respectful. During pre-op she kept checking in on me while my eyes were being numbed by the nurse. The staff at this office is excellent and friendly, both at the front desk and the technicians, and I have to do a big shout out to the surgery scheduler Anna! I could not be more thrilled with how I was treated and the outcome. My optician told me this was the only place he recommends, and I can see why. This is an excellent group of doctors, and Dr Morin is caring, professional and knowledgeable.
