Dr. Malhotra came highly recommended to us after failing to find an eye therapist who really worked closely with the patient, instead of using glasses, computers, or a group visual therapy session. One of the reviews called her the "Nordstroms" of eye therapists because of her one-on-one approach and attention to little details in each person.Since visual processing disorders runs in my family, she worked with a couple of my kids and found approaches to keep the work fun and relatable. When we did the daily homework, some of them were able to finish quickly while others tended to take a lot longer. Dr. Malhotra has had an enormous positive impact on my 9 year old daughter’s vision and overall confidence. That sounds dramatic, I know, but it’s absolutely true! My daughter has been struggling to read and falling behind in all subjects at school for years, feeling stupid and embarrassed. Since Dr. Malhotra diagnosed my daughter with convergence insufficiency and started vision therapy, we have seen a huge improvement in her reading, performance in school and overall confidence.Dr. Malhotra was wonderful one-on-one with my daughter in visual testing and therapy sessions.
