They provided me with several options to suit my needs and budget. They kept me informed while we were waiting for installation and offered temporary portable ACs if we needed them to keep cool. One minor detail that I really appreciated is that they re-caulked the trim for the attic ladder when they had to remove it. I wouldn’t have even known that they removed it if I they didn’t tell me they had to. They also cleaned up well and made sure we knew how to use our new system.
