They treat you like a person from start to finish. They explain everything and allow you to ask questions and then answer those questions. They introduce themselves. My nurse, Angi was great, especially noting how they don't make anything in the hospital to fit tall people (I'm 6'5"). Unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name, but the discharge nurse was equally amazing. She got the IV tape off without pain, which is usually the most painful part of a hospital visit. Everyone in the operating room was professional, for the brief time I was conscious, but I especially remember the Scottish woman and Carl. I only vaguely remember Dr. Malik, but my wife said he was amusing and entertaining as well as informational. The whole process was as painless as it could be and I was kept informed every step of the way. Most importantly, it went right on schedule. From check in to discharge was almost exactly 150 minutes.
Awesome service and very friendly. He had my car looking crisp. I had a snafu with Zelle when trying to send him a tip. $20 tip sent 3 times due to a Zelle server error, so he ended up receiving $60. Explained it to him and he sent $40 back. Could’ve ran away with the loot but he was a man of his word. I would definitely recommend him for all your car detailing needs.Services: Polishing

I followed the Salon from Anthony’s to Apothecary 1885. The staff is unbelievable, the Salon is beautiful and they cater to all ages! My teenage granddaughters love the place. Have never been disappointed in 8 years!!

I'm visiting my cousin who lives here in Suffolk. I had mentioned that I wanted to go to the Barber and get my hair cut. She recommended this place to me saying that it was the best in town. I noticed there was a television with Hogan's Heroes playing. I remember watching that and also Andy Griffith show when Andy got his haircut from Fred. Al, and his Barbershop gives me the same feeling as the barbershop on Andy Griffith show. It's very relaxing, comfortable, welcoming and reasonably priced. I highly recommend if your ever in Suffolk to stop by. If Al and his Barbershop are not on the list of things to do while in town, they should be.In my humble opinion Al is an artist.

I have yet to have a negative experience at Sundays. All the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I went in not knowing if I wanted a membership and asked so many questions about the services and products. Every questions was met with an answer and a genuine smile. Mike was able to perfectly design my nails with the 1/2 nail polish adding the foil specks with a gold line. When I say perfection at its best, I am beyond ecstatic. Definitely worth the price I paid.

The people were nice. I went on a Wednesday 11AM and it wasn't busy at all. Showed the nail tech a pic from Pinterest and she did just that. The service was quick. She did cut some my pinky skin while doing my cuticles which caused me to bleed. That was the only con. The overall service was ok. I've been to other salons that offer premier nail services and spa services with the same pricing that offer more catering to customers like beverages and fruits or a snack. But overall I liked the end result of my nails. I would go back. Wish I could remember the name of the tech.

A week prior, I diy bear-pawed some Goldilocks foliage onto my ding-dongin’ scalp and arrived to her with a color-banded, patchy hiccup of a hairdo. With all the grace and professionalism, Angelene carefully devised an expert plan to rid me of my wretched ways. This place has the vibe of walking into an episode of One Tree Hill... or maybe that was just the music. It has a very eclectic decor, with New Orleans inspired items and including a large display of clothing and jewelry for sale that would appeal to a gorgeously wavy haired millennial. Bohemian Brooke. The stylists were all great. I went in to get bob cut... more of a cut correction to be fair. And Jay did a wonderful job. She made a bad cut work, so I could allow it to grow out a bit more and eventually be cut the way I had wanted it. Before having her work on my hair, I had been frustrated with it every day since the bad haircut happened. But now I am able to get my hair styled without much frustration, and I'm looking forward to going back to see Jay again in another month for a cut and highlights.
Is it cheap? Nope. But you get what you pay for, and I believe the quality of cut I got was worth the price.

I had a very stubborn intermittent tankless water heater issue. They listened to me over the course of a couple months, and we finally got it fixed. YAY These are great guys and I trust them. I'll call them again when anything else goes wrong.

Septic pumped out and circuit breaker changed. Me. Led better and his daughter are very knowledgeable and caring of their customers. You will not find a better company for your care of your septic tank or to install one on your land. I've used Mr. Led better septic company since 2003 and he's trustworthy, knows everything and knows electrical. Dwight his right hand man is also knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't say enough or urge anyone enough to trust Rillco septic. You will not be disappointed.

Update: They called me wanting to take care of the crown the day of posting this review. They were able to fit me in next day to get broken crown taken off, cleaned up, and a new temp. I just received my new crown today, 09/09, with no difficulties. I’m pleased with them taking care of me, I just wish I didn’t have to post a google review for help, as that’s when the office manager was notified.
Please don’t go here. I left here after getting my crown done less than a year ago. When I went in for deliverance of the crown they said I owed an additional $130 for the buildup. I asked what do you mean, as I held off on it because we weren’t sure and they didn’t tell me they actually did a buildup, and I only remember the cleaning out. The receptionist at the counter rather argue with me and ask to reschedule, then to confirm or ask the dentist. I also couldn’t reschedule because I was short on leave for just having to put my dog down a couple days prior, on top of other family obligations. I asked if I could be seen and just send the bill in the mail. She said yes, but it’ll go to collections if not paid in 30 days. I said just send it.
I got to the back, and explained everything to the dental hygienist and she offered to go ask the dentist that did the work. She came back stating that there was no buildup and don’t worry about paying the $130. The only thing is they already billed my insurance as such. No verification was done to confirm that the work they’re billing for was actually done. I also asked if the crown was covered if anything were to happen, and the dentist stated yes.
Now forward to 11 months later, the back/medial corner of my crown broke off while eating a French fry on my drive back to Georgia. I waited til Monday morning to call just to be told that I would now need supplemental insurance with my BCBS. Catch is I changed all of my dental and medical insurance after going to breeze because how they billed I feel ruined my experience with my insurance company, especially when I had to stop seeing patients for a couple of hours trying to fix the billing between Breeze and GEHA.
Needless to say now I’m going to have to fix my crown with zero help from them, as they actually don't cover it. They would want X-rays again, exam, and I would pay the replacement and maybe get my money back from my insurance. This unfortunately is also the first time that I have posted such a negative review, as I tend to just roll it off and not find it to be worth it. This unfortunately is just not good business and would recommend to go somewhere else.

Dr. Shearin takes her time to understand your concerns and want's you to get better and doesn't try to sell you on setting up indefinite appointments. I see her when I have issues and most times after a few sessions I'm good for a while.
Dr. Rich and his team are superior. I highly recommend them to any one. The doctor patient relationship with Dr. Rich is unlike anything you will experience in the world of modern medicine. The level of care and communication that Dr. Rich provides to his patients is simply extinct from majority of medical practices and practitioners these days.

We left our Springer Spaniel with the experienced groomers at Le Paw Royale today for her first haircut. I had trimmed her a few times myself over the past year and a half but when I picked her up and so how beautiful she looked, I realized what a difference a professional cut makes. Will leave Maggie’s future cuts in the capable hands of Kim and Sarah from now on.

Went here over the weekend to take our lab Zeus to bath him, the staff was so accommodating, especially after our dog got a little worked up after seeing another dog there waiting. Rosalyn.... nothing short of amazing. She read my body like she read my mind. I was in so much pain, I told her I thought I'd need help off of the table as I could barely get out of bed or out of a chair when I went. When she was done with me, I got off that table on my own. NGL I was in tremendous pain the next day, but that's how my body works. Day after and to this day... no pain. None. She is so kind and checks with you during the massage to see how you are doing. She gave me some recommendations for my back as well, and I am following those.
Awesome massage therapy! For the cost & massage benefits, it makes sense to sign up for the monthly membership but ONLY if you actually will use it! Each massage therapist that I’ve had has been great! I’ve had one facial there but I will stick to the massages. The tech was friendly but went way too easy on my skin and treated me like it was my first facial ever despite my telling her that I was very experienced. Also, granted, I got to my appointment right on the dot, but she peeked at me waiting and 15 min went by and she never came back to get me. I finally went to the front desk and ask if they wanted my ipad & then she quickly came back. Anyways, going too easy on my skin—She said that she wasn’t going to use the steamer bc my skin turned red. Well, I’m pale—that is normal. Lol! The steam is a very common thing and has never been an issue. Then she said that she saw one extraction to make. I know I had more than that.Further, the skin care advice given was inaccurate. I was having to school the tech on skincare and that should not happen. I’m not sure if she is new or just doesn’t keep up with common knowledge but either way, it’s not worth the money. Then she tries to sell me 2 expensive moisturizers as I was leaving and it was very clear that it was just an upsell. I told her no thanks and I’ve never seen someone put products back so fast. Also, she got product in my eye and it burned SO bad and when I told her, I told her that I could get it with a cloth and she had no “hurry up” about letting me get it. She finally handed me a crumpled dirty napkin. Then after I got back in my car, thank God I looked in the mirror bc she left product from the mask in my nose and it looked like a had massive lotion boogers. All that to say, get a membership for the massages!
