My girlfriend and I brought daisy in late at night because she developed cluster seizures and they helped keep us calm even over the phone walked us through what to do until we got there and once we arrived they met us out side got daisy to the back and taken care of immediately even with them being busy it was a dream for how straight forward and comforting they handled it and kept us up to date when she had to stay over night for two nights to get fully stabilized they took such great care of daisy and us as her worried owners , worth every dollar and even got a good bit of money back from the prepaid balance truly the best quality and care I could of asked for would...read full review

The COVE is the kinda place no one hopes they end up but if you’re in a situation where your pet needs emergency care I cannot think of a better place. The entire staff is so kind and compassionate, they made such a hard process so much easier.

My dog recently stayed the night at The Cove for overnight care after he had emergency surgery at our vet. I was nervous to send my dog somewhere overnight after such a big surgery, but the moment I walked into The Cove and was greeted by their friendly front desk staff, I felt so much better. All their staff, techs, and Dr I spoke with were all friendly, caring, knowledgable, and professional. They took AMAZING care of my pup while he recovered with them and they were so helpful the few times I called after to ensure his recovery at home was on track.
