“We were completely satisfied with the work done by Cavalier Septic (led by "Timmy). After pumping our septic tank, Timmy diagnosed the problem (tank draining slowly) and replaced the old corrugated pipe running b/w the tank and the distribution box with PVC pipe. He also cleaned out the lines running out of the distribution box. The customer service was excellent, including very professional/timely communication and accurate estimation of costs. We would definitely use Cavalier Septic again (but hopefully won't have to!) and recommend them to others.“

As I stated what I thought might be the issue, Gary and his assistant arrived with the parts in hand and verified what was leaking and replaced the unit in question. The repair was done quickly and Gary explained what had happened. Gary has done several jobs in my home in the past few years. He and his staff are always very personable and respectful and I feel comfortable having them in my home.
