“Dry River was suggested to us for a late night pipe burst. They were extremely responsive, timely and did a quality, fast job with the repair. Even better, after moving several months later I had a shower drip and was having trouble replacing a valve cartridge myself. Unsure what to do, I finally called Dry River for help. They suggested we talk through the issue on the phone before charging me for a service visit. We did just that and they were able to diagnose the problem! I believe many companies would have come for the 10 minutes it would have taken and charge me $100-150. “These wonderful men tried for 2 days to fix my toilet problems. They decovered it was a root that had grown into my pipes. I could have had to wait several days to have a working toilet. Bring 73, I only have one bathroom. They came the next day and spent the entire day working on digging up the line and fixing it.
