I never get a recycled workout from another client (or one of my previous sessions) and every single one of my sessions are tailored only to me where my level of flexibility, strength, etc at that time are taken into account. I never feel like I'm doing too much or too little, but still seeing gains each week. They always explain exactly what I'm working, where I should feel it and where I shouldn't. Their cues to help adjust form are always gentle and follow up with why we made that adjustment and how the body is working and why. Highly recommend. ?“
