We agreed on partial highlights, a toner, a root touch up, and a haircut. She showed me the pricing before proceeding - no surprise or hidden costs! She patiently andwered my questions, and made sure to explain necessary after care, and didn’t push any products or extras.
I have curly hair, and am totally ok with a traditional haircut, and not a “curly cut.” I know that my haircut will work well for my curls, and Sukri and I discussed shape and texture before she began.

I'm a very dark brunette and she helped with an all over lighten to a beautiful copper color. She nailed the cut and style too. “I brought in my 12 yo for a silk press. I really liked how she took the time to untangle and treat her hair. We went with the trim to cut off the dead ends and get back on track with her growth and healthy hair repair. We are two weeks in and Nylah loves her hair. Still none straight and holding up well. I have my own appointment scheduled with Ms. Janie and know that she will be a long term stylist to help my daughter and I maintain our beautiful natural hair.

I’m not sure why there’s a bunch of 1 star reviews on here and all of them with very elaborate stories that you can tell are suspicious. All occurring same day is very odd. I’m so sad for Ms. Janie that she had this happened to her because of a social media influencer. Give her a chance and judge for yourself.“

“I have had my hair extensions done by GiGi twice. I am about to go for my third installation. I have been getting extensions for greater than ten years.
It’s definitely not something you do if you are looking for “healthy” hair. You will experience breakage. If you don’t take care of them, you can experience dreading when they drop. I get keratin bond extensions. It is rough on your natural hair. Especially if it’s fine texture like mine.

Gigi is so gentle with the removal. My natural hair actually doesn’t look that bad when they’re removed. She has done an amazing job with the installations and removals she’s done.

I am so happy I have found her. She will definitely get me as a repeat customer.
