“Nathan was fantastic! He put our kitchen sprayer in of which didn't cost that much to install. He even pushed our washing machine back as it was "walking". Lol. When he got here, he went straight to do the annual inspection. Our pathways aren't the best and he was careful. I did warn him though. When he called to verify I was there, I mentioned our canine kid died last night. He offered to come another day. I said no, it's ok to come today. He showed compassion on that one minute call, saying he was sorry about our dog. He was very professional as he checked our plumbing. I will continue to do business with Michael and Sons.
