My aunts AC went out early on a Saturday. We called, left a message and the owner personally called us back within minutes. He then had a tech to her house in less than 20 minutes. In less than an hour she had AC again. 5 stars all the way.

Nothing but only positive impression! Really appreciate them coming same day and fixing my AC in the middle of 90 degree season. The customer service was very polite and kept me updated with the arrival eta and also rescheduled me to earlier time and gave me a call to make me happy. Tech arrived and was very professional and responsive, very nice guy, patiently answered all my question during his visit and respected my no-shoes home policy wearing booties every time stepping on the floor. Awesome experience and great price!
