When I told the woman who was doing my evaluation I wore contacts she acted like I had sinned against my eyes. She said "You CANNOT wear contacts for [whatever time] prior to the surgery. Do you understand me?"I say "Yes...what happens if I do?"She says "Then you don't get the surgery. Do you understand me?"I say "Okay, that's fine"She says "I'm serious....do you understand me?"Listen. I'm not a child. Do no talk to me like one, particularly when I'm handing you several thousand dollars for a procedure.Staff continues its tradition of incredible rudeness to this day.May I suggest going elsewhere? I haven't had my surgery just yet. But so far I've never been more comfortable with a great group of people. Very professional and caring. . To trust someone with ur eyes is very important. .I will review after my surgery...

i had a assistant ( i guess that what she was) taken me back and test my vision when she said saw a discrepancy she made the decision they were not able to do it (not the physician). She ask for other medical records to make a decision I gave authorization; an she said she will let me know something that Friday. Friday has come and went an i still haven't heard back.
