After spending 3 hours on a Saturday trying to find a shop to repair my backpack and boot, these folks rose to the task. Work was well doneand priced very reasonably. I'll definitely be back!

They had all the shoe products I needed in stock except navy blue shoelaces, which I wouldn't expect any store to carry. The woman I spoke with is, I believe, the owner or one of them, and she was helpful.

I was in need of replacing the heel tips to one of my favorite pair of heels for a couple of years now. I’d been in the shopping center where this ship is located a few times and noticed it on my last trip to Trader Joe’s. I’m so glad I found this place. I visited in early April with my heels on a Friday and I had the option to pick them up the following Tuesday or Wednesday. The repair only cost $13 and the couple running the business were very nice. I even was able to purchase a brush for my Ugg’s. I definitely will return when I need future repairs!
