They are fantastic. After returning from a week-long out of town trip, we discovered a leak from our furnace in the attic which had damaged the ceiling in our guest bathroom. We called their emergency number on a Sunday and had a return call within an hour and a visit shortly after that. It was determined that a part was needed that had to be ordered. That took three days, during which we were without heat, but it was fixed today by Gerald, one of the most competent and nicest HVAC technicians we have ever encountered. The heat is back on and we are overjoyed!

I've used Nuckols Plumbing twice now. The first time they replaced our water heater. Prompt, polite, friendly . . . really the kind of experience you want. They pointed out some issues that were above and beyond and were very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. They did such a great job, I was happy to see they also did AC work when our AC died yesterday. I called them at 7:30AM. They were friendly even at that hour. The technicians were here by 9:00AM (exactly on time). I had working AC by 10AM. This was August so the speed was very appreciated. Again, the technicians were excellent. They explained what was going on, gave me extra information, made sure I understood, etc.. I highly recommend them.
