“I bought a home that came with an incorrectly installed water heater that ended up leaking (see attached) largely due to a missing drip pan. Because the unit was old and it was more trouble to install the drip pan and other parts by lifting the existing water heater, I called around to get water heater quotes.I went with Ray at State Plumbing because he was the most responsive and was able to provide a quote over the phone. He came the same week of me calling and installed a new water heater ~$200 less than what other plumbers were charging. Very happy with his work, professionalism, and I will be using him again for future plumbing needs around the house.“

Alex was able to demo the molding and remove the cabinet doors of our old tv closet above our fireplace in the living room. He did an excellent job of drywalling over the cabinet opening, painting the surface and then hanging our brand new Samsung Frame TV. He was able to leave an opening behind the tv for us to reach the outlet and hide the TV wires. It was not a simple job, and he executed perfectly. We will definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him to friends and family!“

“My garbage disposal was leaking last night when I found water all over my kitchen floor. My landlord called Wacker and they came this morning and replaced disposal so I'm grateful for that but don't expect friendliness. When I met plumber and his assistant at my door this morning there was no exchange of greeting. When I'd ask a question there was silence and I'd have to say "hello?" Just not friendly in the least and when they were done the assistant left without saying goodbye and the plumber left a moment after the assistant and barely acknowledged me. Not looking for a pen pal but a little cordiality would have been nice.“

I previously had called them to fix a leaking bathtub faucet and replace a garbage disposal. They were referred by one of my neighbors who said they had a good reputation and honesty.
