“I had a nail "emergency" today and went to the Glossary in Reston to see if they could help. I didn't have an appointment and explained that I was in need of a specific design on my nails in addition to a pedicure and the technician asked her coworkers if anyone might be able to do the design I wanted and they said that Kandy would be able to help. Kandy was sure to ask questions regarding exactly what I wanted and needed and took extreme care in doing my pedicure, repairing a nail that another salon neglected and also in doing the design I requested PERFECTLY! I was over the moon and so happy! Glossary will now be my new nail salon and Kandy will be my new nail technician :) I already made my next appointment!“
