JoAnna is incredibly thorough and so meticulous. She listened attentively and asked lots of questions before getting started, then continued communicating throughout the entire process. Her patience and kindness made the whole experience very pleasant. Her work space is impeccably clean. She clearly takes so much pride in her work. Joanne is such a perfectionist! I trust her judgement in all things lashes and brows. Over the years I've received many complements on my brows. They are perfect! She knows how to balance color, shape and size to suite your face. I also appreciate I don't have to shape and fill my brows any longer which took so much time in the past.
