From Full Potential Personal Training

At Full Potential, we offer private, semi-private, and small group personal training as well as pilates, yoga, and strength classes. With our training, we mainly focus on individuals experiencing chronic pain, muscle imbalances, movement & mobility issues, and post rehab as well as those seeking general physical conditioning, lifestyle therapies, improvement in ability to perform activities of daily living, and weight loss. With our classes, we create a small group training atmosphere at all times and offer classes for all fitness levels.

Monday: 7AM - 7PM
Tuesday: 6:15AM - 7PM
Wednesday: 5:30AM - 7PM
Thursday: 6:15AM - 7PM
Friday: 7AM - 7PM
Saturday: 7AM - 1PM
Sunday: Closed
