Gee is an amazing physical trainer. He breaks down each workout, letting you know what each exercise does for you. The gym is very clean and sanitary. If you're looking to lose weight and have fun doing it, I recommend you stop by and see him.
Best workout ever from the best trainer ever in tidewater. Anything you want or need to get you to your fitness goal is in the building. Outstanding atmosphere. Full of laughter and fun. So come one come all have yourself a ball and get fit too. Whether you need one on one or group Johnny Gee has you covered. See you there ??♂️?♂️
Had the best time, He will get you to your goals, and new body ody ody ody pictures coming soon...I drove a hour and a half to see him and it was worth the drive ...thank you again for the reality check...????
