Flowers that were purchased online did not look like the flowers that were received. The vase in the picture is round and the vase I received with square with stems showing. Flowers could not be delivered to Portsmouth and pick up was not an option. The flowers I purchased was 159.95 and was charged $230 for a delivery to my house which was right down the road. Called my friend the day after I dropped them off and all the petals had already fallen off. Very disappointed, especially with the price we paid for these.“

“I placed an order for a Friday same-day delivery to a friend in an office location, but unbeknownst to me, her office closed early that day and the flowers couldn't be delivered.

Belinda called me to let me know, and also said that she'd ensure a fresh arrangement would be delivered the following Monday. Sure enough, they were and my friend was thrilled with the arrangement :-)

“Have read reviews and am sorry for others who had problems, but mine was an excellent experience. I ordered a sympathy fruit basket through From You Flowers as I live in another state, and this is the florist who made and delivered the basket. The basket was HUGE and packed with fruit/goodies even though it was the base order, not the deluxe order. The family sent photos of the basket and called to say how nice (and heavy) it was. My review is only for my personal experience which was a 5 star experience. Thank you for a job well done at a stressful time.“
