“Very friendly staff. I had to have my cat put down and i was recommended this place by my aunt who spoke highly of them. They were very kind and understanding of my situation. They did everything in their pwoer to comfort and help with everything i was going through that day. A few days after i had picked my cat up from being cremated, i recieved a letter in the mail with all the staff's signatures ans a very kind message. I was put back into tears of kindness. I will be back if i ever need anything done to one of my pets. Thank you to all of the staff for being so kind.“

“Needed a groomer for my cat after moving to the area. The salon was a bit far for me, but well worth. Cost is a bit on the higher side them where I came from, but they did exactly what I described and treated my furbaby well.“

“maybe stop hiring people to train if you aren’t going to train them correctly and make sure everything is straight before they start working including HOW TO GET PAID. Don’t make it seem like it’s the person who is training fault because yall didn’t tell someone what they are supposed to do. Stop doing half ass training and think someone is supposed to know what to do.“

“I am very pleased with Juliet's care at Chester resort . She goes to day care a few times a month and howls when we walk in.. and I mean howls with excitement.
The staff is so friendly and upbeat .. I always feel welcome which is very nice as I know my girl can be a handful at times.
I like the fact that the dogs are in runs not crates . I love the fact that they put a cap on how many dogs can come each day . And I like that they are careful with letting dogs in with the play group. I have a working line German shepherd dog and she can be dog reactive .. I am pleased that they are careful with her interactions with other dogs.
My girl is three now ..almost 4 and is fine staying home while I work but I will continue to use the daycare because she is so happy and excited to go!“

“Dr. Mason is an excellent vet. She has cared for my cats for the last four or five years; even my feral female stays calm without being sedated while being treated by Dr. Mason. The office staff and vet techs are also excellent, very friendly, helpful, while also being very professional. I highly recommend Whiskers and Wags Animal Hospital.“
