Evelyn took her time and made sure Kingston was very well taken care of in her hands for his first time at the groomers him being only 13 weeks old and me being a new dog owner. “Simply amazing! I've had trouble finding a true cat friendly groomer, but I'm so unbelievably thankful that I found Critter Wash. My cat's matting had gotten so bad that he was pulling it out himself creating bald spots and the vet was recommending a full shave, but I was very apprehensive because years ago a different place gave him razor burn during a sanitary shave. Not only did Critter Wash do an amazingly smooth shave that I'm so thankful for, but I could tell my cat was thankful as well. 1 picture is after his appointment before we picked him up, and the other picture is less than a week later and that bald spot had completely filled back in. Thank you for treating Salem so well, we will definitely be back when needed ❤️“
