I selected them again without doing any market research because of my memorable experience with their dedication to making sure their customer received the best service they could provide from start to finish. The work started with a very comprehensive assessment of the condition of my roof (outside and inside), my chimney, and gutter system accompanied with photos of what was found. When the actual work started, all the teams actually showed up earlier than scheduled. I was kept informed of progress and issues by the team chiefs. Cleanup was equally impressive - hard to tell they were even at my home! The office staff provided me with prompt service in scheduling the various teams and providing me with the invoices. We met with several companies when trying to find a roofer, and one of the things I really liked about Falcon Roofing is that Glen himself is a roof installer with decades of experience and not just a salesman with no practical skills. His estimate wasn't the lowest, but he worked with us to come up with a very reasonable price and a solid plan considering the condition of our roof. I had his contract reviewed by a former architect and roofing professional friend, and the work and materials that he proposed were solid. Glen and I had differing opinions about edge metal. Chesapeake Thermal was recommended to me by a friend, but as mentioned, I wasn't able to use them. However, even with no chance of making any money off of me, Matt still offered to take time out of his day to help me find the perfect company to do my window replacement. As promised, he called me back later that day with a rec. Because window replacements are so expensive, I talked to five different window companies. “We have had Adelphi exteriors do many different things for us over a number of years from interior painting, to exterior painting of a shed, to gutters, to roof repair, to deck repair complete with power washing, sanding where necessary, and painting.

Adelphi had just replaced gutters and facia board the autumn before, so when a tree fell on our house this spring, we called and learned that they could do the entire roof repair as well as the damage to our deck. The roof was tarped in a matter of hours after our calling. While some work to be scheduled around the weather, all was completed in a timely manner.

Every bit of their work is done in a professional manner. We have found them to be diligent in scheduling and arriving when they have planned. The work is always beautiful when finished.
